Shipping to your optician for you to try on the glasses is free. Delivery periods: During the reservation process for the glasses, you choose the pick-up date to try them on at your optician.
As soon as your order arrives at the optician, we will contact you to let you know. You can also track it from your account.
If you are not satisfied with the condition of the glasses when you pick them up from your optician, talk to your optician directly so we can send a new pair to your optician.
If the order has still not left or has not been prepared at the warehouse, we can cancel it and automatically return your money to the card or PayPal account you used for the purchase. If not, contact us after the product arrives to return it or simply reject the package.

In the case of eyeglasses, there is no reimbursement necessary, given that nothing is paid in advance. Glasses are always paid directly in at the optician.
We will send them at no cost to you to the optician you select during the selection process. You can select the day and time that suits you best. The glasses will be at the optician's in 4-6 business days. The purchase process will be carried out directly at the optician's if you decide to keep them. If you finally decide not to keep them, we will take care of everything together with the optician, you will not have to worry about anything. Click to shop service is a non-obligation service. You can cancel or change your order, no sweat. You just need to contact our Customer Service department, who will cancel the previous order and help you find a new optician that best fits your needs. Once you’ve done that, you simply need to make another order online and select your new chosen optician.
Factory defects: in such case we will send you a completely new pair of glasses. Our guarantee policy offers cover for up to 36 months.

We'll send you a UPS prepaid return label for the defective product and you'll receive your new product within 2-4 business days of receipt at our warehouse. We will send you a UPS label for the return of the defective product.
